To register and maintain an Account on fa99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: fa99 conducts mandatory age and identity verification on all Accounts. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a Player is under 21 years of age, fa99 will suspend the Account and withhold any balance pending completion of verification. Any balance found to belong to an underage player will be returned to the payment source minus any winnings derived from underage play.
Each Player may hold only one Account on the fa99 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balance therein.
When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile telephone number registered in your name. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. fa99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify fa99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.
fa99 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any existing Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, provided that any legitimate balance held in such Account is returned to the verified payment method on file.
fa99 is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Players must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawal requests are processed and before Account transaction limits are elevated.
You will be required to submit the following documents, which must be current, legible, and unaltered:
fa99 targets a KYC review completion time of 1–24 hours following receipt of all required documents. Complex cases or high-value accounts may require additional documentation or a longer review period, up to 5 business days. You will be notified by email of the outcome.
Document Security: All identity documents submitted to fa99 are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on secure servers, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are retained only for as long as required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
5.1 Deposits. fa99 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits made through bank transfer are typically credited within 5 minutes during normal banking hours; e-wallet deposits are credited instantly. fa99 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account holder name used for the most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed by fa99's finance team 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Standard processing time is 1–24 hours from the time the request is submitted. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high vol ume, up to a maximum of 7 days, or where additional verification is required.
5.3 Withdrawal Balance. In accordance with industry-standard anti-money laundering practice, any winnings accumulated from deposits that have not been subject to a minimum wagering turnover will be treated as unreleased. Specifically, any amount equal to or exceeding your deposited sum that has not been wagered at least once (1x turnover) may be returned to the originating payment method without processing. fa99 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee where a withdrawal is requested without any completed wagers.
5.4 Payment Method Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be credited to a financial account held in the exact same legal name as the verified Account holder. Third-party payment instructions, transfers to accounts in different names, and refunds to credit cards in a different name are not permitted. Where a withdrawal amount exceeds the maximum single-transaction limit of your chosen payment channel, fa99 may split the payment across multiple transactions.
No Fees Policy: fa99 does not apply withdrawal fees. Where a bank credit is required, the receiving bank may apply its own transfer charges, and these are the responsibility of the account holder.
fa99 may from time to time offer deposits bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. Specific terms for each promotion will be displayed clearly on the relevant promotional page or communicated to you by email and SMS.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:
Bonus Abuse: fa99 employs dedicated fraud-detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Where abuse is confirmed, fa99 may void the bonus, confiscate winnings derived from the abuse, suspend the Account, and permanently exclude the Player from future promotions without liability.
All wagers accepted on the fa99 sportsbook are governed by the published betting rules for each sport and market type. For sports betting, the following general principles apply:
For casino and slot games, all sessions are governed by the game rules published by each game provider, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. The outcome of each spin, hand, deal, or round is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG results are final and binding. In the event of game malfunction, interrupted connections, or display errors that result in an incorrect settlement, fa99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake.
For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) betting, the settled result is taken from the official draw of the relevant lottery operator. For sabung ayam (the traditional Indonesian cockfight, streamed from licensed arenas), the result is determined by the ring announcer's final call as transmitted in the live stream. In all cases, fa99's record of the settlement shall be deemed conclusive.
The following acts are strictly prohibited on the fa99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any licence or right in or to the Platform's content or software other than a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform in any form or by any means without prior written consent from fa99.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fa99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or gambling opportunities, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
fa99 further disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, in respect of the Platform and any content, game, or service made available through it. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, or liability in respect of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Where fa99 is held liable for any claim, the aggregate liability of fa99 shall in all circumstances be limited to the total net winnings paid to you for the 3 months preceding the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is the lower.
fa99 respects your privacy and processes all personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection principles and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy, including for identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
Where you submit identity documents, they are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose for which they are collected.
fa99 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time without prior notice where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, that continued use of the Platform is no longer appropriate, or that such action is required by law. Where an Account is terminated for reasons other than fraud or breach, fa99 will return any balance that represents confirmed, uninvolved, settled funds to the verified payment method on record, subject to completion of KYC verification.
You may close your own Account at any time by contacting fa99 support. Outstanding liabilities, unpaid amounts, or amounts subject to forfeiture must be settled before closure is completed. Closed Accounts cannot be reinstated without written approval from fa99.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the fa99 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, provided that fa99 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
Regulatory Note: fa99 operates under an international gaming license. Online betting is a regulated activity in Indonesia, and players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to them. fa99 does not provide legal advice.
fa99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, fa99 will notify you by email to the address on record and, where applicable, by an in-platform notice, at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
By continuing to use the Platform after any amendment takes effect, you confirm your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
